SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We offer FREE shipping nationwide for all products. No minimum purchase is required.
We partner with THE Express Guy and JRS Express.
All orders within metro manila will be delivered via The Express Guy. Provincial Areas will be delivered via JRS Express.
For same day delivery, message us on our FB page or Instagram to arrange the date of delivery. We can book Lalamove / Grab Delivery with FREE OF CHARGE. Note: This only applies to order with minimum purchase of 1500 and shipping fee not exceeding 200.
Your package will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (1-2 Working Days) after we have received your payment. Tracking number will be sent through email after shipment.
Metro Manila: 1-2 working days
Metro Provincial (Cavite: Imus, Bacoor, Dasmarinas; Laguna: San Pedro, Sta Rosa, Cabuyao; Rizal: Antipolo, Cainta, Taytay, Teresa ) : 1-2 working days
Other Luzon areas: 3-4 working days
Visayas and Mindanao: 4-5 working days
Please expect delays in delivery during Peak Season. (November to December)

You may also send us a message on our FB page for order updates and delivery concerns.
PAYMENT AND ORDERS
- Choose the product that you want to order.
- Click “Add To Cart”.
- When you are ready to pay, click on the shopping cart icon found on the right corner
- Click “Check Out”.
- Enter your personal information and shipping details correctly. An incorrect / Incomplete delivery address will result in failed delivery.
- Select PAYPAL or BANK DEPOSIT to place an order. Choose PAYPAL if you want to pay through credit/debit card or PAYPAL. Choose BANK DEPOSIT for BPI or BDO bank deposit or online transfer. All orders will be cancelled if payment was not received within 3 working days.
- Lastly, click “COMPLETE ORDER” and wait for our confirmation email.
- Message us on our Facebook page or Instagram. Tell us which item/s you would like to order.
- Choose your mode of payment (BDO, BPI, Palawan Express, LBC, Cebuana, GCASH or PAYPAL)
- Tell us the date of payment.
- Send us the receiver’s name, complete delivery address, and contact number
- Send us your proof of payment once you have settled your payment.
- Wait for your tracking number after we have dispatched your order.
Yes, you can get discounts for bulk orders if you have ordered offline. We automatically give discounts to our loyal customers. From time to time, we give freebies to our customers too.
As of now, we do not accept cash on delivery.
DAMAGE AND MISSING ITEMS
We are extremely sorry for sending you a missing/damaged item.
Please message us immediately on our FB page with the following information:
- Your order number
- The product code of the damaged or missing item
- Picture of the damaged item
We will replace the item as soon as possible.
